I love this dinnerware set from Anthropologie. The octopus is such a neat and fresh nautical design. And I love that the handle on the teacup is an octopus tentacle. Kind of weird, but also pretty awesome.

I can just picture some kind of whimsical nautical wedding theme involving these plates. I love nautical-themed things, and they more crazy and out there they are, the better! 

I ♥ Ikea

Oh, how I miss Ikea. I absolutely love Ikea. I love how affordable their stuff is (very important for a poor graduate student like myself). And I always get so inspired just walking around the store. Since moving from my hometown, Ikea is sadly no longer a 10 minute drive from my house. I haven't been to Ikea since, well, before I moved! It's been way too long.

And now Ikea is coming out with fun, new spring/summer items with bright, fantastic colors, and Ireallywanttogo. Now.

Obsession: shoes

March 20th marks the spring equinox for this year. We're so close! So close to ditching the five bajillion layers, down coasts, scarves and hats and slipping into cute flats, flip flops and shorts. My latest obsession -- Athropologie. Anthropologie is the epitomy of vintage, quirky, bohemian, eclectic style. Sadly, my paycheck does not support buying anything at Anthropologie, but if it magically did, here's what I would buy:
